Rohit is just one half-century away from becoming the third batsman to complete 39 half century in IPL. In the match against KKR . Rohit will have full chance to cross this figure. In IPL history Rohit sharma made the 38 half century . If today he made a half century he will break the record of Virat kohali, Suresh Raina's record . As they already made 38 half century in IPL.

Rohit is just  runs away from becoming the third batsman to complete 5000 runs in IPL. In the match against Royal Challengers Bangalore on Monday, Rohit will have full chance to cross this figure.   On Wednesday, Rohit got close to this record by scoring 80 against Kolkata Knight Riders in Abu Dhabi. Talking about the batsmen who have scored the most runs in IPL, Virat Kohli has topped with 5427 runs in 179 matches. It is followed by Suresh Raina from Chennai Super Kings. He has scored 5368 runs in 193 matches. With Raina not playing this season, Rohit will have a chance to come second after Virat Kohli.


 Today Rohit sharma may also break the record of Dhoni as dhoni hits 215 six in IPL history and Rohit Sharma is very close to it .  Talking about the batsmen who have  most six in IPL, Cris Gayle has topped  with 321 sixes . followed by AB Devilliers and Dhoni.  Rohit will have a chance to beat the Dhoni sixes record. If  Hit man Rohit  Sharma hits 8 sixes today he will surpass the Dhoni record .


After a short break, Mumbai Indians (MI) take on Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) at the Sheikh Zayed Stadium in Abu Dhabi on Friday.
